Donald C. Pastor

Mr. Pastor joined Telephonics as the Vice President of Finance in 1988 and was promoted to Corporate Vice President of Finance and Administration and CFO in 1991. Mr. Pastor was promoted to Executive Vice President of Operations and Chief Financial Officer in 1999. He was promoted to Chief Executive Officer of TLSI, a wholly owned subsidiary of Telephonics, in June 2000 and to President of The Electronic Systems Division of Telephonics in November 2006.
Mr. Pastor's mission is to position the Company as a premier supplier of leading edge technology IC solutions. Under his direction, TLSI concentrates on the continual growth of its Mixed Signal ASIC portfolio and utilizes its proprietary Intellectual Property to introduce standard products geared towards such high growth markets as security, automotive, telecommunications and digital multimedia.

Marshall Lacoff
Sr. Vice President, General Manager

Mr. Lacoff joined TLSI in April 2003 as Vice President, Sales & Marketing. In November 2006, he assumed the role of Sr. VP/General Manager for the Company. His primary mission is to establish TLSI, worldwide, as a leading supplier of Custom Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs) and Application Specific Standard Products (ASSPs), building on the mixed-signal technology and design expertise developed by the company over the years. Mr. Lacoff has more than 30 years of experience in the semiconductor industry in sales, marketing and general management roles. He holds a BSEE from CCNY and an MSEE from New York University.

Dr. Zhigang Ma
Vice President, Engineering, TLSI

Dr. Ma joined TLSI in November 2004 from Agere Systems where he was responsible for managing mixed-signal IC development programs. At TLSI, he is responsible for the overall management of TLSI's Engineering design team for ASIC product development as well as the sustaining engineering activities in support of manufacturing. In addition, Dr. Ma's team provides in-depth technical support to TLSI's customers and assists them in the development of detailed specifications for the ASICs to be developed by TLSI for their applications. He holds a Ph.D. and MSEE from Lehigh University and a BSEE from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. Dr. Ma received a number of patents in the area of mixed-signal and analog circuit design.

Richard Goldblatt
CTO, TLSI

Mr. Goldblatt was a founding member of the technical staff of TLSI at its inception in 1977. Having designed many of the diverse analog and mixed-signal ASIC's that TLSI has supplied over the years, Mr. Goldblatt has broad experience in a wide variety of applications. He was promoted to the post of Chief Technology Officer in 2004. In this role he is responsible for ensuring TLSI maintains its mixed-signal technology edge through use of new design tools and the development of intellectual property. Mr. Goldblatt holds a BSEE from CCNY and an MSEE from New York University.
