Long-term relationships exists with all our foundry partners ensuring a guaranteed source
of supply. In addition, our circuits are designed with multiple foundry sourcing capability. If required, foundries can be changed with no interruption in production delivery.

From 0.25 microns to 5 microns, single or double poly, single to five metal, with operating voltages from 0.9 Volts to 650Volts, frequencies up to 800MHz, EEPROM, metal fuses and laser trimming.

Linear, low noise, with frequencies up to 2GHz. Operating voltages from 1.1 Volts to 40 Volts.

BiCMOS
|
From 0.8 microns to 1.5 microns, double poly, triple metal.
